Service prices rose mainly due to insurance premiums (16.3%) and apartment maintenance fees (3.2%).

The overall inflation rate recorded 2.1%, down 0.2%p from the previous year (2.3%), showing a gradual slowdown. However, the Living Expenditure Index, composed of frequently purchased items, rose 2.4%, meaning perceived inflation may be higher than the indicators suggest.

Rising prices for major ingredients like rice and apples may increase food expenses. Conversely, vegetables like carrots (-48.6%) and radishes (-30.0%) have dropped significantly, offering more options for side dishes. Increases in insurance premiums and apartment maintenance fees will contribute to higher fixed household expenditures.
